Please note the following:

  • Coffee, tea and Millys famous rusks are available in the rooms. Meals are excluded from the above rates and are available daily at our restaurant between 06:00 and 20:00. Room service may be requested from the restaurant between 06:00 and 20:00.
  • Rooms are equipped with a non-stocked bar fridge, hot- and cold air-conditioning units, TV and limited DSTV. Lakeview rooms each have a bath and shower. Lofts have showers only.
  • Deposit Due Date: 3 weeks before arrival. If booking is made and the period between the booking date and the arrival date does not exceed 3 weeks, payment is due on the day of booking in order to receive a confirmation.
  • Cancellation: Our company policy states no refunds. If you cancel your booking 2 or more weeks prior to your arrival date, your payment will be credited for use at a future date not exceeding a period of three months after your booking date.
  • A credit-card pre-authorization will be done on arrival. The pre-authorization of R1500 is a temporary hold of funds on your card and not a charge. This will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to):
    *Breakage or damages incurred during your stay
    *Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning due to the room being left in an unacceptable state.
  • Check-In is at the restaurant reception between 14:00 and 20:00. Check-out no later than 10:00.
