With the growing trend of healthier and more environmentally friendly lifestyles, this decision was obvious and easy to implement with the help of vegan chef, Marian Cottle of The Seedling Vegan Kitchen.

Breakfast: A Combo
Consisting of a green smoothie, a warm plate with spinach and potato rosti, scrambled tofu and aubergine, fried mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, an olive muffin with cashew butter. The meal ends with coffee with almond milk.
Pea and Mint Soup
with cucumber & tomato

ciabatta with cashew butter.
A meal for the hungry. Lentil and vegetable mince, topped with mashed potato and cashew cream, served with a side salad.
Millys Vegan Burger
Soya and Oats with traditional South African Spices.
Served with chips.
Delicious curried potato and black bean filling, served with coleslaw on the side.
Chickpea & Cauliflower Breyani
A soulful South African meal with traditional breyani spicing, yet not hot. Served with a hot sauce and some salad pieces on the side.
